Sagax, a listed real estate company, has reached an agreement with MVP Development on the purchase of 6 company buildings in the Maintenance Valuepark, Terneuzen. MVP Development is a collaboration between APF International BV and contractor Cordeel Group NV. In the past year, the first 6 buildings, which have now been sold to Sagax, were completed and let. The Maintenance Valuepark, with a total size of approx. 10 hectares and approximately 55,000 m² of commercial space is a Valuepark Terneuzen (a joint venture between DOW Benelux and Zeeland Seaports) initiative.
