Oracle locates its latest Cloud Center in
The centre of Amsterdam

On 1 September 2017, the American software company Oracle moved to Nieuwevaart 5-9, in Amsterdam. The former municipal office had been completely redeveloped into a high-end and sustainable office building. The owner, a joint venture between APF International and Angelo, Gordon & Co, acquired the building in 2015. Peak Development was appointed for the redevelopment process. The work was completed this summer and Oracle moved into the new ‘Cloud Center’. Approximately 400 people are now working in the building with a surface area of approximately 6,275 m².
