A joint venture between APF International & Angelo Gordon
has sold the office building 'The Warehouse' in Amsterdam's city centre for more than €50 million to TH Real Estate
The building has recently been completely renovated and has a lettable floor space of 6324 m² and 41 parking spaces. It is fully leased to Oracle Netherlands.
