Fund initiation and management

APF International sets up funds that invest, directly or indirectly, in sustainable properties with long leases in the Netherlands and other European countries. Our aim is to achieve the best possible combination of direct return from rental income and indirect return through increase in value of the properties, while keeping risk to a minimum.

A painstaking analysis of each property and its lessees, and of course of the location and the region, underpins all proposed investment decisions. In this way, APF International is able to succeed in achieving attractive returns for the participants in its property funds.
