Offered February 2007.
APF International B.V. selected sixteen shops in Budapest, Hungary, as an investment for Vastgoedfonds APF V B.V. The shops are located in the main retail area of Budapest. These are apartment rights. The (residential) spaces above the shops will not be purchased.
The shops are (virtually) all leased to lessees selling a range of brands well-known both in Hungary and internationally, along with a few successful local formulas.
All leases are Euro-related. All of the properties in the portfolio are located on the Pest side of the city centre of Budapest, on the eastern bank of the Danube. The shops are spread across the fifth, sixth and seventh districts. The locations enjoy good access by public transport, in particular metro, bus and tram connections. The portfolio can be divided into three clusters: the Váci utca (and immediate vicinity), the Erzsébet krt. and Rákóczi út.
