Following the successful offer of various funds with Dutch, French and Belgian property (office and commercial premises, as well as shops), APF International B.V. introduced its third partnership with Dutch property.
The first office building selected by APF International B.V. for Vastgoed Maatschap APF VI was ‘Gebouw Magnolia’, at Piet Heinstraat 77 in Goes, province of Zeeland.
The office building consists of a ground floor (with filing basement) and three storeys, divided over two wings. The building has been leased in line with market levels to two (semi-)government bodies, i.e. the Employee Insurance Agency (Dutch: UWV) and the Dutch State. The property has 100 parking spaces on site.
The building is located in the centre of Goes. The surrounding building consists of homes, shops and offices. The building enjoys good access by all forms of (public) transport and has a particularly favourable location in relation to the station (200 metres).
The second building purchased by Vastgoed Maatschap APF VI is an office/commercial building in Capelle aan den IJssel, which is leased in its entirety to Eneco N.V. There are 60 parking spaces on site. The property recently underwent a complete internal renovation.
