The successful limited offering of Vastgoed Maatschap APF I took place on 30 September 2004.
Vastgoed Maatschap APF I is a partnership that has purchased three buildings in Echt, Beuningen and Heerlen.
The building in Echt is a commercial/office building leased in its entirety to Holbox B.V. until 15 July 2019. It consists of 2,423 m² of office space and 7,950 m² of commercial space, with 110 on-site parking spaces. The office building in Beuningen is leased in its entirety to Dura Vermeer and consists of 1,573 m² of office space and 49 on-site parking spaces. The office building in Heerlen is located in the centre, opposite the theatre, and enjoys good access by both public transport and by car. The building is leased in its entirety to Kredietbank Limburg until 31 January 2014. A rental guarantee applies to a small portion of the m². The building consists of 1,822 m² of office space and 5 on-site parking spaces, with extra parking capacity in the adjoining car park.
The intended term of the partnership is seven years. The legal term is unlimited, however.
