Vastgoed Maatschap AKRONned IV

On 1 October 2010, APF International assumed the management of the Vastgoed Maatschap AKRONned IV fund, at the request of the fund’s board of management. This fund’s main investment project is a 70,000 m² site (in full ownership), which includes a complex with 21,230 m² in useable floorspace, currently let to Alliander. Vastgoed Maatschap AKRONned IV has 311 members holding a total of 888 participations.
