Vastgoed CV APF III

Following the successful limited offer of two limited partnerships with Dutch property, APF International B.V. set up a third fund (Vastgoed CV APF III) with property in France.
This is the office building “Le Rhuys” in Nantes, a development by Icade, one of the biggest property developers in France, and affiliated to the government. “Le Rhuys” is located in the heart of the new commercial centre at Ile de Nantes, close to the Palace of Justice, on the banks of the Loire. The location has good access by all forms of transport and has an exceptionally favourable location in relation to the airport and the station.
The “Le Rhuys” building was completed on 30 November 2005 and is leased almost entirely to solid lessees with a good name both in France and internationally. The total lettable office floor area is 4,755 m², and the building also has a two-storey car park for 150 cars.
The aim of Vastgoed CV APF III is to invest (indirectly) in property with an investment horizon of, in principle, seven years.
