Long record of service

APF International is in the hands of three directors with a long proven service record in the field of the purchase and sale of property, property management and the structuring of property funds:

Jan Th. Ladenius (centre, 1944) was one of the founders of the AKRON Vastgoed (Nederland) property funds.

Drs. Kor Streefkerk (right, 1942) was for many years chair of the Board of Directors of listed property investment funds VastNed Retail N.V. and VastNed Offices N.V.

Mr. Wiggert A.C. Karreman (left, 1976) was a tax lawyer with Arthur Andersen and its legal successor in the Netherlands, Deloitte Belastingadviseurs B.V., specialising principally in the structuring of (international) property funds.
