APF International

APF International initiates funds which invest, directly or indirectly, in sustainable, solidly let real estate in the Netherlands and other European countries, whereby the aim is to achieve the best possible combination of direct return on the basis of rental income and indirect return through increases in the value of the properties, while keeping the risks to a minimum.

The proposed investment is always underpinned by a painstaking analysis of the property and lessees, as well as of the location and the region. In this way, APF International strives to achieve attractive returns for the participants in its property partnerships and limited partnerships.
